HRUS EvaluationsIT Systems & Readiness Assessments

Services

Independent evaluations across your technology.

Systems, software, readiness, and vendor evaluations — delivered as scorecards, readiness ratings, and prioritized recommendations under a clear evaluation agreement. We assess and rate; your teams or chosen partners act on the findings.

What we evaluate

Seven evaluation areas, one independent perspective.

Each engagement below results in an evaluation — a scorecard, a readiness rating, an evaluation report, or prioritized recommendations. We grade your situation against criteria we agree first, stay independent, and leave you with a clear rating and the evidence behind it. We do not build, change, or operate the systems we evaluate.

IT Systems Evaluation

An independent evaluation of your IT systems, infrastructure, and integrations — graded against where you need them to be.

We examine the IT systems your organization runs on — servers, networks, cloud services, core applications, and how they connect — and grade them against current good practice and your own requirements. You receive an evidence-based evaluation report with a clear scorecard, the findings behind each score, and prioritized recommendations. We assess and rate; we do not build, change, or operate the systems we evaluate.

What you get

  • A scoped review of systems, infrastructure, and integrations
  • A scorecard rating each area against defined criteria
  • Findings and evidence supporting every rating
  • A prioritized list of recommendations for your team to act on

Software & Application Evaluation

An objective assessment of a software product, application, or codebase against quality, fit, and maintainability criteria.

Before you buy, build on, renew, or retire a piece of software, we give you an independent read. We evaluate an application or codebase against quality, architecture, maintainability, performance, and fit-for-purpose criteria, then score the results and explain them in plain terms. You leave with an evaluation report and a clear rating — we remain neutral and do not develop or sell the software we assess.

What you get

  • Evaluation criteria agreed with your team up front
  • A structured review of the software, application, or codebase
  • A scored assessment of quality, fit, and maintainability
  • A written evaluation report with prioritized findings

Technology Readiness Assessment

A readiness rating that tells leaders, objectively, whether the technology is ready for a launch, scale-up, or go-live.

When a platform, product, or initiative is approaching a launch, scale-up, or go-live, we assess how ready the technology actually is. We evaluate maturity, stability, scalability, and operational readiness against defined gates, then return a readiness rating with the gaps that stand between you and "ready." This is an objective check — we measure and rate readiness; we do not perform the work to close the gaps.

What you get

  • Readiness gates and criteria defined with your team
  • An assessment of maturity, stability, and scalability
  • A readiness rating with a clear go / not-yet view
  • A prioritized list of gaps to close before proceeding

Vendor & Platform Evaluation

An independent, scored evaluation of platforms and vendors against your requirements, cost, risk, and fit.

Before you sign, renew, or replace, we evaluate the options for you. We assess platforms and vendors against your requirements, total cost, risk, and fit — and where useful, run a structured scoring across a shortlist. You receive a clear evaluation report with scored options and the trade-offs spelled out, so the decision is yours to make with confidence. We stay strictly vendor-neutral and take no commissions.

What you get

  • Requirements and scoring criteria defined with your team
  • A structured evaluation of platforms or vendors
  • A scored comparison with risks, costs, and trade-offs
  • A written evaluation report and a clear ranking

Operational Readiness Evaluation

An assessment of whether your processes, tooling, and team are ready to run and support the technology day to day.

Working technology is only half the picture — the operation around it has to be ready too. We evaluate the processes, tooling, monitoring, and support practices that keep systems running, grade them against operational good practice, and rate where you stand. You receive an evaluation report with a readiness rating and prioritized recommendations. We assess the operation; running it stays with your team.

What you get

  • A review of operating processes, tooling, and support
  • A rating of monitoring, response, and continuity readiness
  • Findings on operational gaps and manual effort
  • A prioritized operational-readiness improvement list

Security & Resilience Evaluation

A plain-language evaluation of your security posture and resilience — rated against recognized good practice.

We evaluate your technology security posture and operational resilience against recognized good-practice frameworks and return a clear rating, in business terms. We review controls, practices, and continuity readiness, then score the exposures that matter and explain each finding plainly. This is an independent evaluation and rating — we identify and prioritize the gaps; we do not operate security tooling or perform remediation.

What you get

  • A posture evaluation against recognized good-practice frameworks
  • A rating with a prioritized register of exposures
  • Findings explained in clear, business terms
  • A prioritized list of recommendations to reduce risk

Ongoing Evaluation Retainer

Recurring, scheduled evaluations that keep your readiness ratings and scorecards current as your technology changes.

For organizations whose systems change often, we provide evaluations on a recurring schedule — periodic re-assessments that keep your scorecards and readiness ratings current and flag drift before it becomes a problem. We re-evaluate on an agreed cadence and deliver refreshed reports as your technology evolves. Evaluation only: the decisions and the work to act on them stay with your teams.

What you get

  • A regular, agreed evaluation cadence
  • Refreshed scorecards and readiness ratings each cycle
  • Trend findings showing what improved or regressed
  • Updated recommendations as priorities change

Engagement models

Engage us the way that fits the decision.

Bring us one system or piece of software for a focused evaluation, commission a full systems, readiness, or vendor assessment, or keep your scorecards current with recurring re-evaluations. Many teams combine them — a full assessment to get a baseline, then a retainer to re-evaluate as the technology changes.

Focused evaluation

A focused evaluation of one system, application, or question — agreed criteria, a concise scorecard, and a session to walk your team through the findings. Best for a single, well-defined target.

Full assessment

A fixed-scope systems, readiness, or vendor evaluation — delivered as a detailed report with a scorecard, ratings, and prioritized recommendations you can act on.

Evaluation retainer

Recurring, scheduled re-assessments that keep your scorecards and readiness ratings current, with trend findings showing what improved or regressed between cycles.

Evaluation program

Multi-system or multi-phase evaluation coverage for larger initiatives — under a scoped statement of work, with scheduled checkpoints and written deliverables.
