Payment security (PCI-DSS)
Card payments are processed exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. Card data is entered directly into Stripe’s secure checkout; HRUS Evaluations LLC does not collect, process, or store full card numbers, CVV codes, or magnetic-stripe data on its own systems.

Evaluations mean we are often trusted with sensitive systems and business information. We process client and personal data lawfully and only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy — running the evaluation, preparing the report and recommendations, and communicating with you. We apply least-privilege access, encrypt data in transit (TLS/HTTPS), and bind every team member to confidentiality. We honor applicable privacy rights, including those under U.S. state laws (such as the CCPA) and the GDPR where it applies.
