Pricing
Scoped to your systems — confirmed before you commit.
Every evaluation is scoped to the systems and questions in front of you, so pricing is confirmed in a written proposal before you commit — never a surprise. Shorter evaluations can be paid online by card through our processor (Stripe); larger or recurring evaluation programs are invoiced on net terms under a signed evaluation agreement. The tiers below describe how we typically work, not fixed rates.
- One well-defined system, application, or topic in scope
- Evaluation criteria agreed before we begin
- A concise evaluation report with a scorecard
- A session to walk your team through the findings
- Defined scope, criteria, and stakeholders up front
- A structured evaluation (systems, readiness, or vendor)
- A detailed report with scorecard and ratings
- Prioritized recommendations you can act on
- Evaluations on an agreed recurring cadence
- Refreshed scorecards and readiness ratings each cycle
- Trend findings showing what changed
- Updated recommendations on request
- A scoped evaluation statement of work
- Multi-system or multi-phase evaluation coverage
- Scheduled checkpoints and written deliverables
- Milestone-based invoicing on net terms
No standard rates are published; every evaluation is priced to its scope and confirmed in a written proposal or evaluation agreement before any payment is collected. All amounts are in U.S. dollars (USD). See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for deposit and cancellation terms.
How payment works
Two simple, transparent options.
Shorter evaluations — pay online by card
Once we’ve agreed scope and a quote in writing, shorter evaluations can be paid by debit or credit card through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout — HRUS Evaluations LLC never sees or stores full card numbers. You receive an itemized receipt for every payment.
Larger or recurring evaluations — invoiced on net terms
Full assessments, evaluation programs, and recurring retainers are scoped in a written evaluation agreement and invoiced on net terms (Net-15 / Net-30), milestone by milestone where it makes sense. A deposit may reserve a start date. Every amount, schedule, and cancellation term is agreed in writing before any payment is collected.
Why don’t you publish standard rates?
Every evaluation depends on the systems and questions in front of you — what is in scope, how complex it is, and what the evaluation has to cover. Rather than a misleading list price, we scope your situation and confirm pricing in a written proposal before you commit, so you always know the cost before any work or payment begins.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The amount in your written proposal or evaluation agreement is the amount. Any change in scope is quoted and approved before it is billed, and any travel for on-site evaluation work, where applicable, is stated up front.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Deposits, rescheduling, and the circumstances under which fees are refundable are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We encourage you to read it before signing an engagement.
Which currencies do you accept?
All evaluations are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD), and card payments are processed in USD by Stripe. International clients are welcome; your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion at their own rates.
