You receive a written proposal with objectives, the evaluation approach, deliverables, and pricing — confirmed before you commit, so there are no surprises.
Evaluation
We examine the systems, software, or readiness in scope through evidence — interviews, documentation, and hands-on review — staying independent and objective throughout.
Scoring & report
We score each area against the agreed criteria and write it up: a scorecard, the evidence behind every rating, and a readiness rating where relevant.
