What does HRUS Evaluations LLC do?
HRUS Evaluations LLC is a U.S.-registered firm that performs independent evaluations and assessments of IT systems, software, and operational and technology readiness for organizations. Our deliverables are evaluation reports, scorecards, readiness ratings, and prioritized recommendations. We assess and rate — we do not build, change, or operate the systems we evaluate.
Do you evaluate systems, or do you build and run them?
We strictly evaluate. Every engagement results in an evaluation report, scorecard, readiness rating, and prioritized recommendations that your own teams or chosen vendors then act on. Keeping that line clear is intentional — it lets us stay independent and objective when we assess and rate your technology.
Who do you work with?
We work with organizations and the leaders making technology decisions — companies, nonprofits, and public-sector teams. Common situations include pre-project and pre-acquisition due diligence, pre-launch readiness checks, and leaders who simply want an objective, independent read on a system or software before they commit.
What do I receive at the end of an evaluation?
We start by agreeing the scope and evaluation criteria. We then run a structured evaluation and hand you a written report: a scorecard rating each area against the criteria, the evidence and findings behind every rating, a readiness rating where relevant, and a prioritized list of recommendations — with a session to walk your team through it.
How do you handle pricing?
Each evaluation is scoped to the systems and questions involved, so we do not publish standard rates. We confirm pricing in a written proposal or evaluation agreement before you commit, so there are no surprises. Shorter evaluations can be paid online by card through Stripe; larger or recurring evaluation programs are invoiced on net terms.
How do you protect our information?
Evaluations often involve sensitive systems and data, so we treat your information as confidential under our engagement terms, apply least-privilege access and encryption in transit, and handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor; we never store full card numbers on our own systems.
Will I receive text messages, and how do I opt out?
We only send SMS text messages to people who explicitly opt in (for example, by checking the consent box on our contact form), and consent is never a condition of engaging us. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile information for marketing. See our SMS Terms.
